An unexpected teenage pregnancy should never mean the end of a girl's future. Yet many pregnant teenagers and young mothers face rejection, stigma, poverty, and limited access to education and healthcare.
At Rehema, we walk alongside them, providing support, restoring hope, and helping them build a better future for themselves, their children, and their communities.
Their past does not have to define their future.

Real lasting Change
Our goal is to help pregnant teenage girls and women facing difficult circumstances find safety, access essential services, and build independent, hopeful futures. We provide compassionate, community-centred support.
Rescue & Safe Shelter
We help vulnerable pregnant teenage girls find safety, care, and support when they face rejection, abuse, abandonment, or homelessness.
Healthcare & Wellbeing
We connect girls and young mothers with maternal healthcare, reproductive health information, counselling, and emotional support.
